Threatened miscarriage

I am 11 weeks & went to the urgent o&g due to severe lower left abdomen pain (no bleeding) and result all came fine but doc say might be threatened miscarriage and was prescribed duphaston for 2 weeks. Anyone experienced threatened miscarriage but survived ? 😣
