Jamu and breastfeed

Hi can I know if it’s same to consume jamu yet breastfeeding? And also does spicy food make lo have diarrhoea?

Old folks tale haha. Take jamu during feeding is good. Then again have to know what to and to not consume

Hi... you can consume jamu but have a 3 hours interval before you breastfeed.

for eg if I drink jamu at 12pm, I cannot breastfeed my baby at 3pm ?

Too much spicy food is not good Eat in moderation

Not directly before breastfeeding
