Jitters now

I (38f) have a 2.5yo now, and in 2024 I've had two miscarriages, and a chemical pregnancy in March last year. I've almost given up hope but today I found out I'm pregnant again and I'm so delighted but I'm also scared to death that I may lose another, and I'm not sure if I can handle another loss. I took a lot of care in each pregnancy but I still lost them, and now I don't know what else I should do.
