Can’t swallow tablets, can chew Blackmore pregnancy capsules?

Hi, first time mum here. I can’t swallow tablets, was wondering if I can bite the Blackmore pregnancy & breast feeding capsules? Heard some medications can’t do that but I can’t find anything online
