Unopened D.O.M and half used D.O.M

Hi does anyone knew for those unopened D.O.M and used D.O.M from like 7-8years back can it still be used? If yes what can I used it for pregnancy dishes recipes? Appreciate if any suggestion recipes and if breast feeding after consume D.O.M can breastfeed straight away?
