Baby weight didn’t grow week 34 to week 36, doctor asked to do planned C-sect at week 37

My baby didn’t grow in weight at my week 36 gynae visit, did CTG, nothing critical picked up but my gynae is concerned and will do close monitoring, however she strongly advised for me to do planned C-sect or if I really want, induce at week 37. Anyone with similar experience?
