Skin problem

Hi, my baby is 5 months old. Recently having this kind of rashes on both of his thighs, getting more and more. His arms are also starting to have some. It is not red, skin colour (hard to see with naked eyes) & not itch. When touch, can feel alot of dots together. Not sure is it keratin pilaris or what. #Needadvice #askmommies
