SUA: single umbilical artery

Anyone's pregnancy was a SUA? How was your baby development at the end of pregnancy? Me and hubs having anxiety about it. Opted out on DS test before was told about the SUA. Previous 2 pregnancy was fine. Anything I should look out or anticipate for? Thank you!
