22 wks madalas ako mag nosebleed ngayon. Normal po ba? Tuwing buntis ako ganito. Sa dalawang pagbubuntis ko same po

How to get over disappointment
Hi mga mii. Currently pregnant po sa third and last baby ko. I already have two girls and I feel so blessed to have them. Kaya lang kada nagbubuntis ako I am hoping for a boy kasi yun yung gusto rin ng husband ko. Ngayon dinedelay ko yung pagpapa ultrasound ko kasi natatakot akong madisappoint kung babae ulit. Tho syempre ang dasal ko is a healthy baby naman pero kung pwede pa humiling ng isa pa is kung pwede boy na sana. Hindi ko maalis sa dibdib ko yung guilt na madisappoint just because Hindi natupad yung prayer ko about sa assigned sex at birth ng mga anak ko. How do I deal with this. I said last baby na kasi this will be my third CS. And I was told na ilaligate na daw yun even without consent.
naka ilang gamot nako mapa branded o generic sinusuka ko 😢 any advice po natural pampataas ng hemo.
