Need to stop breastfeeding because I'm pregnant

Mga mii buntis kasi ako now. 9 months pp ako 4 weeks preggy at the same time. Pinag stop na ako mag bf kasi preggy and nag spotting po ako. How to stop po ba? Masakit napo breasts ko. Di daw pwd ipa latch. Please help mga inay
